The working flow of the sealing and cutting machine is simple and stable. Firstly, workers put products covered with shrink film on the conveyor belt. The conveyor sends products steadily to the sealing and cutting station. Then the L-shaped heating cutter drops down quickly. It finishes edge sealing and excess film cutting at the same time through constant high temperature. After one second of cooling, the cutter lifts up automatically, and neatly packaged products are delivered to the heat shrink tunnel. Inside the tunnel, the shrink film shrinks tightly to fit product surfaces, achieving dustproof, moistureproof and beautiful integrated packaging effects.
