Sealing and Cutting Machine for Heat Shrink Packaging

  This equipment adopts constant temperature heating technology and pneumatic driving system to realize accurate packaging. Its complete working process is smooth and efficient. Firstly, workers wrap products with shrink films such as POF, PVC and PE, then place goods evenly on the conveyor platform. After starting the machine, the L-shaped heating knife automatically falls down. Within one second, it finishes edge sealing and redundant film cutting simultaneously. After short cooling, the cutter lifts up automatically, and semi-finished products are sent into the heat shrink tunnel. With hot air circulation inside the tunnel, the packaging film shrinks closely and fits the product surface perfectly, achieving dust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-collision packaging effects.


  There are two mainstream types for different production capacity demands: semi-automatic and fully automatic sealing cutting machines. Semi-automatic models require manual feeding and start control, featuring low price, small floor space and low maintenance cost. They are suitable for small factories and small-batch packaging orders. Fully automatic machines realize unmanned continuous feeding, film wrapping, sealing and cutting, greatly improving packaging speed. They can work cooperatively with assembly lines to meet large-volume and high-speed production needs.
